Dr. Arun K. Garg
Dr. Garg is a world-renowned innovator and teacher of the latest dental advances and techniques, and in particular is regarded by his peers as one of the best dental implantologists in the country.
Dr. Arun Garg completed his engineering and his dental degree at the University of Florida and subsequently completed his residency training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
He served as a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine, and also served as Director of the Residency Training Program for nearly 20 years. After developing and perfecting numerous techniques, he has left academic medicine in order to provide these procedure to patients from Miami and from around the world at his beautiful office, located in the Aventura area of Miami.
Dr. Garg has authored 5 well-recognized textbooks in his field, has published over 100 articles, and more than 12 book chapters in other books. He is the editor-in-chief of a monthly newsletter, Dental Implantology Update, and serves on the editorial boards of 4 other leading journals. He is the current President of the American Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Garg stays absolutely current with dental advances. He was one of the first to have a cone bean CT Scanner installed in his office, as well as one of the first to have 3 different types of lasers in the office. Numerous other innovative, state-of-the-art items are brought in as they become available on the market, to keep the Center for Complete Dentistry the most advanced facility, anywhere.
Dr. Maria Teresa Cook
Dr. Cook is a board certified general dentist with over 12 years experience. She received her dental degree from Universidad El Bosque (Escuela Colombiana de Medicina) in Bogota, Colombia and completed internships at National Neurological Institute, Children’s Cardiology Institute, San Jose Hospital and the Oncology Institute.
Dr. Cook completed a general practice residency at Louisiana State University and at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cleveland Ohio charity hospital. She excels and loves all phases of general dentistry and has a wealth of knowledge from cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, crowns, root canals and veneers.
When not furthering her thirst for knowledge in advance education seminars, Dr Cook is an avid traveler. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Eustorgio A. Lopez, DDS, MD
Dr. Lopez is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with an extensive clinical and academic career. He obtained his D.D.S. from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. After returning to his native Panama and completion of the necessary internship years toward licensure, he was instrumental in developing the dental service in Panama’s National Cancer Institute, where he was the Chief for four years.
His interest and commitment to the care of the patient with Head and Neck Cancer brought him to this country where he pursue training in Dental Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at UTHSC in San Antonio, Texas and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
Not satisfied with what he has to offer his patients he embarked in training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, followed by additional subspecialty education in Maxillofacial Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, Miami, Florida under the mentorship of Dr. Robert E. Marx.
Obtaining an M.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine then followed this. His formal academic education and surgical training was settled after fellowship years in General Surgery and Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wounds. He joined the faculty of the Department of Surgery University of Miami School of Medicine with appointments as Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery in the Divisions of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry and Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wounds. After eight very fruitful clinical and academic years with the University of Miami, Dr. Lopez accepted a position as Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine where presently he is the program director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program.
He embraces his academic endeavors with passion and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience from the simplest surgical procedures to the most complex surgical microvascular reconstructions with students, residents and colleagues alike. His patients’ wellbeing remains the focus of his daily practice, research and ongoing studying.
Dr. Lopez research areas of interest revolve around reconstruction, bone regeneration/tissue engineering and radiated tissue biology.
He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Dr. Jimena P. Frost
Dr. Jimena Frost, a general dentist has over 12 years experience. She received her dental degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires(U.B.A.) in Buenos Aires , Argentina with merits upon graduation.
Dr. Frost completed the International program at NOVA University , Davie, Florida graduating with highest honors and outstanding achievement in prosthodontics .
She enjoys all phases of general dentistry and has a wealth of knowledge from cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, crowns and veneers.
Dr. Frost is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Dr. Dina Bobrova is a graduate of the Ohio State University and Nova Southeastern University College of Dentistry. She is committed to lifetime learning and continues to advance her dental education through various courses and seminars. She is passionate about preventive dentistry and believes dentistry should be team work between a doctor and a patient.
Dr. Dina was born and raised in Riga, Latvia and has been living in the U.S. since 2002. She speaks Russian and English fluently and is currently learning Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, running, dancing and reading about advances in dentistry, psychology and nutrition.
